How to look your Best, when you are feeling your Worst!
Umm…. I think “Best” would be an overstatement… “Presentable” would be more appropriate here!
We all have one of those days when we feel like sh** and look even worse…may be due to late-night party, lack of sleep, ongoing exam or project, or any sickness. You have no idea how many times I had to hear, “What happened to you?” or “Are you sick?” due to my TOS pain and troubles. If you are facing your difficulties everyday like me, soon it’s going to be awkward & annoying to answer all these questions.
So today I am doing an easy step-by-step tutorial for “one of those days”.
Before you begin, wash your face with cold water (not ice cold though!) and apply moisturizer.
As you can see I am looking quite exhausted and sick here. Dark circles & bags under my eyes.
So we need to conceal those!
Apply your favorite foundation or tinted moisturizer and conceal the under-eye or any problem area.
Eye brows are one of the most prominent features when we look at someone’s face. So fill in your eye brows (if it needs filling) and apply a clear brow gel to keep the brow hairs in place.
Apply a light shimmery color [I have used MAC vanilla] under the highest point of your brows.
Applying your liner in a flick makes the eyes awake and lively. If you are shaky doing a cat-eye with your liquid liner, draw the line with your pencil liner first….so that if you make any mistake, it will be easier to erase.
Now take your liquid liner and trace the previously drawn line.
Curl your lashes, apply mascara.
You can apply a flesh colored eyeliner on the inner part of the lower lid…it makes the eyes more awake.
Apply the same light shimmery color (which you have used under your brows) to lightly apply on the inner 1/3rd of your eyes.
Apply a pink blush on your cheeks and your favorite everyday lipstick and you are good to go! [I have used MAC twig.]
Se here it is…..easy way to glam up when you are feeling under the weather.
